This painting is an example of a workshop twenty-five stroke exercise. The other part of the exercise or "practice" was to make a temperature commitment after your twenty five strokes but before continuing on the painting. Will it be warm or cool? My intent was to paint an abstract of the Grand Canyon and make it at least 80% warm.
