I have painted the nursery and the Santa Barbara Botanical gardens many times. The Kathleen Elsey painting workshop in Santa Barbara spends one day painting the Santa Barbara Botanical Gardens, the meadows, the mountains. There is so much to learn about painting with simplification, color, composition in this wonderland of color. The workshop group was painting oil, acrylic and pastel.
